Our Mission:
Offering Sober Support & Monitoring for Teens
Rise Up To Change strives to support the family as we monitor and coach their loved one achieve sobriety while remaining in the home and school settings.
Our Process:
We believe that each person's case is unique. Every person and situation is different. As a result, we create individualized plans and goals for each client.
SUPPORTING
Using a customized and collaborative treatment plan, we will support your child and family in on the path to recovery.
MONITORING
Daily alcohol monitoring and random drug screenings will ensure the monitoring of progress throughout treatment.
COACHING
Our team provides ongoing sober support and coaching daily through check-ns by phone and text. Parents also have the oppurtunity for check-ins if needed.
