Our Mission:
Rise Up To Change helps teens and young adults who are experimenting, recovering or struggling with substance use to develop confidence and life skills to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Early Intervention: Effective early intervention works to prevent problems with substance abuse from occurring or to address them before they get worse.
Aftercare: Sober support, coaching and monitoring for a teen and young adult while they transition from a residential program back into their home and school settings.
Monitoring: A service for those experimenting, recovering or struggling with substance use. Our testing process removes the potential conflict that can occur when loved ones assume the monitoring role.
